Who I am
I have sat on both sides of the table.
I left Galway in 2014 for a job in London that I landed on my third attempt. Since then I have worked at three companies, become a tech lead and sat in on more than 300 interviews as an assessor.
I know what gets a CV binned in 6 seconds and what makes a European recruiter reply. It is not perfect English; it is clarity and positioning.

Common questions
Do I need to be in Europe already?
No. Half of my mentees start from outside Europe. The plan covers visas and companies that sponsor.
Do you refer people for roles?
When it makes sense, yes. But the work is about preparing you to land a role without relying on referrals.
What if I do not get a role?
I do not promise a job; I promise a process. Those who follow the plan see results within 3 to 6 months in the vast majority of cases.
Are the sessions online?
Yes, by video call, at times that work across European and other time zones.
